Now with summer almost to a close, it’s the perfect time to start prepping my “beach body”, right? Wrong. I kept thinking I could keep myself fit by sweating away the calories – not at the gym, but walking around New York City. It is unbearably hot and almost more unbearably thick with humidity. With that said, I’m going to be a bit more conscious of my exercise and eating habits. I’ve been far too content with days filled with carb-heavy meals and I’m ready to challenge myself. So grilled chicken lunches and long bike rides, here I come.
