I can officially say I’ve eaten more in the past few days than I have in the past month. The food here in Denmark is beyond delicious, and to top it all off – it’s served with a smile. Christina and I decided to bike from our hotel to the main Copenhagen city center. We explored a few back alleys and little shops. It should be noted that most Danes don’t lock their bikes up … this just boggles my mind because so many of my favorite things get stolen (or … maybe, lost) in New York.
We popped into this amazing Mexican chain restaurant called Barburrito for beers and plantain chips. A nice snack to prep us for the long bike ride back!
