When I travel, I divide my packing into two units: the checked luggage and the carry on. I’m very particular about what items get the seal of approval for carry-on status. I dub them my ‘travel essentials’ (some of which you saw in this recent post) because quite honestly, traveling would be a pain without them.
Here’s a little preview of what I’m packing for my trip to California next week…
1. Banana Republic Scarf, Ted Baker Baseball Cap, Bally Swiss Bracelet and AllSaints Jacket… each of these pieces keep my style in check even at 35,000 feet.
2. Coach Carry-On Tote, Passport Case, and Octovo iPad Mini Case… the necessary leather goods I need to protect my MacBook and iPad.
3. Frends Headphones… stylish as hell with amazing sound.
4. Daniel Wellington Watch and Station Alarm Clock… when I’m traveling to different time zones, these two bad boys keep me in check in the hotel and on the go.
What are your essentials? Head over to Conrad Hotels’ “Conrad Carry On” contest for a chance to win a stay at any of the Conrad Hotels worldwide (and there’s PLENTY of them). Entry is easy… just pin your travel essentials on Pinterest and – voila! – you’re one step closer to a 5-star vacation. Good luck!
