Last month, I had the opportunity to join one of my favorite emerging brands – Taft – on an excursion through and around Park City, Utah. Along with a wily crew of fellow menswear bloggers, we got the chance to test-drive some of Taft’s newest collection additions around the city favorited by snow bunnies and film buffs alike.
I snagged the Sinatra in Espresso and the Gable sneaker in Brown but my absolute favorite pair I picked up was the Troy Boot in this incredible Ochre color. I can’t stress this enough… this boot is unbelievable. Like every Taft shoe, the fit is superb plus the quality and craftsmanship shows an attention to refined details. The Sinatra and the Gable followed suit, too! Kory Steven, Taft’s creator and just an all-around amazing guy, infused each shoe with vintage vibes and classic charm that you don’t find in men’s shoes any more.
During our time in Park City, we had the opportunity to stay in the most epic cabin you’ve ever seen… I mean just check THIS out. If you’re headed to Utah any time soon (or any place with a big group of friends), I’d highly suggest checking out Home Away – I can’t thank them enough for partnering with us for this experience!
Also, be sure to check out the full collection of shoes from Taft – Kory has put so much heart, soul, sweat, and blood into this collection and it certainly shows! (Thanks again, Kory!)
