With fall weather in full swing, I normally opt for my favorite earthy tones like olive green, rusty browns, and dark navy blues. But sometimes I like to mix it up and bring a little color into my wardrobe. I paired this cool blue Charvet shirt with one of my favorite pairs of rose-hued trousers.

Charvet has been a new addition to my ever-growing wardrobe. The brand was founded in Paris in 1838… and a fun fact: it was the first (and oldest remaining) “shirt shop” in the world. Charvet has been loved by some history’s most dapper dudes like Mohammad Ali, JFK, Bing Crosby, and Barrack Obama! I love how easy the pieces can transition from a work meeting to happy hour with friends.

If you’re interested in checking out the brand, you can find the line in Harrods and many fine stores in Europe.  Their largest shop is here in NYC at Bergdorf Goodman – which I got to visit a few weeks ago! Bergdorfs has worked with the team at Charvet to create a new classic for the modern entrepreneur. Finer broadcloths, incredible breathability and modern cuts make them perfect for the athletically-built.

If you haven’t checked out Charvet, give it a go! Hop on over to Bergdorf’s online shop to shop all things Charvet –or- pop into Bergdorf Goodman’s Men’s Store at 5th Avenue and 58th Street. But warning… the BG Men’s Store is like the most incredible playground, you won’t want to leave!
