My weekends are typically dominated by two things: errors and errands. While I love spending time with my friends, our ‘wine nights’ eventually turn into situation characterized by my ‘one glass too many’ mentality. I’ll crave cheese fries and then wake up the next morning feeling like total and utter crap. Unfortunately, a hangover isn’t always the best companion on a day of errands – but it sure as heck keeps me focused.
I venture out on Sundays to the local greenmarkets or make a pitstop into Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s to stock up on the necessary vitals: peanut butter, cucumbers, radishes, cheese and meatballs. These are the foundations of my diet – and also Cheetos Puffs.
