It would seem that I’m always looking to get into some sort of trouble. I find myself wandering aimlessly around the City like a capital vagrant without any knowledge of where I’m headed or why I’m headed there. I suppose I enjoy that part of my life the most – it’s an adventure that has no destination.
Over the past few weekends, I’ve stumbled upon some of the most amazing vintage shops in Eastern Manhattan. One, in particular, is aptly named Village Style. It’s filled with a dizzying array of well-worn plaid button downs and t-shirts with long-forgotten bands on them. It’s rare in form because – as far as NYC vintage shopping goes – it’s quite inexpensive. I picked up this killer leather bomber jacket there.
Be sure to check out their wares if you’re in NYC, find them here.
