Well y’all, it finally happened. After years of having mile-long wish lists, I’ve become one of those feared “hard-to-shop-for” folks. As a kid, I’d to spend all year saving up clippings of gear and gadgets I wanted from magazines like an old-fashioned Pinterest. Nowadays, my aspirational ‘wants’ have been replaced with far more practical ‘needs.’ And thanks to my incredible lack of patience, when I need something, I’ll usually go out and buy it for myself.
So what do you get for the guy like me – the guy “who has everything?” Lucikly this year HP is helping me #ReinventGiving with the new the Spectre x360 – the unimaginably thin and unbelievably light new laptop from HP. They’ve shaved down unneeded centimeters to offer up one stunning (nearly borderless!) pièce de resistance. My favorite feature? The screen can swivel a full 360 degrees to transition seamlessly from notebook mode to tablet mode, which means taking in multimedia while traveling or getting hands-on in photo editing is possible.
This year – I’m tackling my gifting list with fervor but there’s one recipient, in particular, that falls into that “hard-to-shop-for” category: my childhood best friend Stephanie. She’s always been the first to congratulate me on my successes and the first to lend a shoulder when times are tough. With a kid on the way, Stephanie’s life is about to get far more hectic – and the HP Spectre x360 with its full swivel would certainly make adjusting to motherhood a lot easier.
