Scout Sixteen - Cradle to Cradle H&M Dinner Roskilde

Twelve courses. That’s how many dishes were served during our very special dinner with H&M here at the Roskilde Festival. Christina and I had the pleasure of attending a very private ‘Cradle to Cradle’ dinner (for 24 guests) that told the story of a chicken from birth to death. We dined on chickens grown and groomed for this special dinner. Everything used was made from scraps or trash – and to say it was beyond delicious is not quite doing it justice. Edible sugar egg shells, full chicken legs peppered with corn compost flakes, and brined parsley alcohol were among my favorites.

I can’t thank H&M enough for giving Christina and I the opportunity to come to Denmark and spend time soaking up all this beautiful country has to offer. It’s been an unbelievable experience and I can’t wait to share a set of photos in tomorrow’s post “Postcards from Denmark”.

Have you ever been to Denmark?

Experience the full dinner after the jump.Ā
